Duarte's Tavern and Restaurant

  • Frank Duarte tending bar

Located 'stumbling ' distance from the Inn, Duarte's Restaurant has been family run since 1894 and has been featured on the Food Network and PBS.  In addition they won a national James Beard Award for excellence. The bar you see original owner Frank Duarte in above is the one you will lean on today. Now run by Frank's grandson Tim, Frank's son Ron and his wife Lynne are still very involved in the day to day operations.

Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, 7AM to 8PM, seven days a week.  Our favorite is the half & half Green Chili and Artichoke soup.

And save room for olallieberry pie, a'la mode of course!
